What I collect
- What you send through the contact form or by email: usually your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you’d like help with.
- For clients, the health information you share in questionnaires, food and symptom diaries, and sessions.
Why
To reply to you and, if we work together, to give you safe, personalised advice. Nothing else.
How it’s kept
Securely, and only for as long as professional guidance requires (retention period to confirm). Your information is never sold or shared for marketing.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts.
Medical disclaimer
Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach and does not replace medical care. Please consult your GP about any health concerns, and before making changes to medication or treatment.
Journal articles and recipes on this site are general information, not personal medical advice. If anything you read raises a concern about your own health, please speak to your GP.
