The things people usually ask before booking. If yours isn’t here, ask me on the free call, or email hello@example.com.
Getting started
I’m not sure which programme is right for me. Where do I start?
Start with a free 20-minute discovery call. We’ll talk through where you are and what you’d like to change, and I’ll recommend the option that genuinely fits — even if that’s the smallest one.
What happens on the free discovery call?
It’s a relaxed 20-minute chat by phone or Zoom. You tell me what’s going on, I ask a few questions, and if I think I can help I’ll suggest a way in. If I don’t think I’m the right person, I’ll say so — and point you somewhere better if I can.
Do I need a diagnosis before working with you?
No. Many clients come to me after tests have come back “normal” or inconclusive. I’ll always encourage you to keep your GP in the loop, and if anything suggests you need further medical investigation, I’ll tell you.
How soon can we start?
Usually within one to two weeks of your call.
Working together
Will I have to follow a really strict diet?
Not in the way you might fear. Some phases involve changes, but everything is tailored to you and your family life, and the aim is always to widen what you can enjoy — not narrow it forever.
I cook for a family. Will this work for us?
Yes — that’s how I learned. Plans are built around meals the whole family can eat, with small tweaks for you rather than a separate menu.
Do I need to buy lots of supplements?
No. Food comes first. Where a supplement could genuinely help, I’ll explain why, suggest a specific option and a time limit, and check it’s safe alongside any medication. You’re never obliged to buy anything.
What about testing?
Functional testing can be arranged where it would genuinely help — never as a default. Costs are separate and always discussed with you first.
Can we work together online?
Yes. Every programme is available on Zoom, and group sessions are online by design — so you can join from wherever suits you.
Practical
How much does it cost?
See the Programmes page. The 6-week and 12-week programmes can be spread over two or three payments.
Can I claim it on health insurance?
Some Irish health insurance plans contribute towards consultations with registered practitioners. Check your policy and I’ll give you a receipt for every session.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just let me know at least 24 hours before your session and we’ll find another time.
Health & safety
Does nutritional therapy replace my doctor?
No. Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach that works alongside medical care. Please don’t stop or change any medication without speaking to your GP.
I’m pregnant, on medication or have a diagnosed condition. Can you still help?
Often, yes — carefully, and alongside your medical team. Tell me everything on the questionnaire, and I’ll adjust my recommendations or ask you to check with your GP or consultant first.
