The small print — Privacy & disclaimer

Privacy & disclaimer.
Plain and short: what I collect, why, how it’s kept, and your rights. Plus what the journal is, and isn’t.
TemplateThis page is a plain-English starting point, not legal advice. It needs to be checked by a professional, and the marked details completed, before the site goes live.
1.What I collect
What you send me through the contact form or by email: usually your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and a little about what you’d like help with.
If we work together, I also keep the health information you share in questionnaires, food and symptom diaries and our sessions.
2.Why I collect it
To reply to you and, if we work together, to give you safe, personalised advice. That’s all.
3.How it’s kept
Securely, and only for as long as professional guidance requires (retention period to be confirmed). Your information is never sold, and never shared for marketing.
4.Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission.
5.Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. The typefaces load from Google Fonts.
6.Medical disclaimer
Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach and does not replace medical care. Please consult your GP about any health concerns, and before making changes to medication or treatment.
The journal, recipes and free guide are general information, not personal medical advice. If anything you read here doesn’t sit right with your own situation, talk to your GP or medical team first.
7.Contact
Questions about your information, or anything on this page: hello@example.com.
