Why it helps
Gentle, soluble fibre and steady energy.
Cooked apple is gentle on digestion and a source of pectin, a soluble fibre your gut bacteria enjoy. Oats bring more soluble fibre and slow, steady energy. Soft, warm and filling, it’s a reliable breakfast for a sensitive gut.
